The Challenge

Quality Hearing Centre began as a small, home based business in October 2005. The hearing aid sales and service business is a very competitive industry. Being the new kids on the block, owner/operators Ron and Jody Villeneuve wanted to build their business based on personal, timely and quality service.

“Working with a limited budget in our first year, we were hesitant to place advertising in the SaskTel Phonebook but are we ever glad we did,” says Ron. They began by placing a quarter page ad in the SaskTel Phonebook for Saskatoon City. They’ve seen some great success and as a result have expanded their business into North Battleford. As their business grew so did their advertising budget and they have since added colour to their quarter page ads.

The Result

“It has been an exciting 3 years for us. We started with a small hearing aid sales and service business that we ran out of our home. We’ve expanded into a great office space in Saskatoon and now we have a second location in North Battleford,” explains Ron.
