Frequently Asked Questions

  1. What is local 10-digit dialing?

Yes, it is possible for someone else to have the same phone number as you with a different area code.  So it's very important to clearly identify your area code at every opportunity including advertisements, brochures, catalogues, business cards, letterhead, signage, websites, cheques, invoices, etc...

  4. How can I make my wireless device call 10 digits automatically?

Your wireless device is already capable of dialing 10 digits automatically.  When adding contact information to your device, be sure to include the area code.  There are applications available for Android and iOS platforms to help update your contact list if you hace not included area codes.  Please see the appropriate application store for your device.
