DirectWest Employees are a part of The SaskTel Pioneers, an award-winning Chapter of the largest industry-based volunteer organization in North America. There are 4,000 members in Saskatchewan, consisting of present and past SaskTel and DirectWest
employees.
The Pioneers have volunteered their time, talents, and skills to more than 100 community projects each year.
Partners in the national Computers for Schools Program since 1993, the Pioneers have refurbished and delivered 10,000 used computers to Saskatchewan classrooms and libraries. In addition to fundraising and volunteering for educational programs, the Pioneers strive to improve the quality of life in Saskatchewan communities.
